NeonNodes

NeonNodes

In test chiuso, presto su Google Play

Norme sulla privacy / Privacy Policy

Applicazione: NeonNodes (com.games33.neonnodes) per Android.
Ultimo aggiornamento: 30 settembre 2026.

In breve

  • I dati stanno su server in Germania (Francoforte).

1. Chi tratta i dati

3.1 Identita' ospite

  • un identificativo casuale generato dal server (UUID) e un numero progressivo;
  • un nome visualizzato assegnato in automatico, del tipo "Ospite 17";
  • l'impronta crittografica (hash SHA-256) di una chiave casuale per ogni dispositivo da cui si entra in quel profilo (di solito una sola). La chiave in chiaro resta sul telefono: serve a farsi riconoscere al riavvio. Dal solo hash non si puo' risalire alla chiave ne' impersonare il giocatore;

6.1.b GDPR).

3.2 Diario delle partite online

  • le mosse giocate, l'esito di ogni partita e della serie, le abilita' scelte, chi ha iniziato, un eventuale abbandono;

6.1.f GDPR).

3.4 Collegamento a Google Play Games

  • l'identificativo Play Games del giocatore: un numero che Google assegna per questo gioco. Non e' l'indirizzo Gmail e non permette di risalire all'account Google;
  • il nome Play Games ("gamertag"), se l'account ne ha uno: diventa il nome mostrato agli avversari al posto di "Ospite 17";

3.5 Punteggio, monete, classifica e leghe

  • il punteggio (rating Elo) e il numero di serie classificate giocate;
  • il saldo di monete e l'elenco dei suoi movimenti (quanto, perche', quando, per quale serie), insieme ai premi giornalieri e alle ricariche gia' ricevute;
  • per ogni serie online: la modalita' (classificata o no), la puntata, la quota trattenuta e come sono cambiati il punteggio e i punti di lega dei due giocatori;

6.1.b GDPR).

4. Cosa non viene raccolto

  • nessun nome o cognome vero, indirizzo, numero di telefono o email: l'unico nome e' quello di gioco ("Ospite 17", oppure il nome Play Games del punto 3.4);
  • nessun indirizzo email, nessun accesso alla rubrica, alle foto, ai file o al microfono. Dell'account Google si ricevono solo l'identificativo e il nome Play Games, e soltanto usando le funzioni online (punto 3.4);
  • nessuna posizione geografica;
  • nessun identificatore pubblicitario, nessun cookie di profilazione, nessun SDK di tracciamento;
  • nessuna analisi statistica ne' segnalazione automatica di errori: le funzioni Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, Unity Cloud Diagnostics e gli acquisti in-app sono disattivate nel progetto;

  • la chiave descritta al punto 3.1, se sono state usate le funzioni online: ce n'e' una per telefono, anche dopo un collegamento a Google;

6. Dove stanno i dati e chi li tratta

  • Render Services, Inc. — hosting del server di gioco (regione Francoforte);
  • Neon, Inc. — database PostgreSQL gestito (regione Francoforte);
  • Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — distribuzione dell'app tramite Google Play.

10. I tuoi diritti

In short

  • NeonNodes shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking, and never sells or shares data with third parties for commercial purposes.
  • Playing alone or with a friend on the same phone sends nothing anywhere: it works offline and creates no profile.
  • Going online creates an anonymous guest identity: a random number. No email, no real name, no advertising ID.
  • When you use the online features the game signs in by itself with the Google Play Games account on the phone, so you can find your profile again on another phone. Everything works without it, you can sign out from your profile in the game, and all the game receives from the account is a player identifier and its Play Games name, never your email address.
  • When playing online, other players see your game name, your rating and your position on the leaderboard; in ranked play, the players in your weekly group also see your league points for the week. The game's coins are virtual: they are earned by playing, cannot be bought and have no money value.
  • The online profile and its games can be deleted from inside the game at any time: the player circle at the top of the menu (VIEW PROFILE) → DELETE ACCOUNT.
  • Data is stored on servers in Germany (Frankfurt).

1. Who processes the data

NeonNodes is developed and published by 33Games, an individual developer. Data controller and sole point of contact for anything concerning this data: tretrente@gmail.com.

2. When the game collects nothing

Playing against the CPU, playing with a friend on the same phone and the tutorial all work without an internet connection. In those cases the game contacts no server, creates no identity and collects no data.

3. What is collected when playing online

The guest identity is created only the first time the online features are used (FIND MATCH, the tables, the profile). That is also when the Play Games sign-in described in section 3.4 is attempted. From that moment the game server stores:

3.1 Guest identity

  • a random identifier generated by the server (UUID) and a sequential number;
  • an automatically assigned display name, such as "Guest 17";
  • the SHA-256 hash of a random key for each device used to enter that profile (usually just one). The key itself never leaves the device in stored form: it is what lets the phone be recognised after a restart. The hash alone cannot be used to recover the key or impersonate the player;
  • the identity's creation date and its last login date.

Purpose: letting players find their games again after restarting the app, and telling players apart during an online match. Legal basis: performance of the service requested by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3.2 Online match journal

  • the moves played, the outcome of each game and of the series, the abilities chosen, who started, and any resignation;
  • the two seats at the table (the two player identifiers, or the bot difficulty) and the times of creation and last update.

Purpose: resuming a match interrupted by a disconnection or a server restart exactly where it stood, and settling the result when someone leaves. Legal basis: performance of the service requested by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3.3 Technical connection data

Like any service reached over the internet, the server sees the IP address a request comes from. It is used to establish the connection and to rate-limit abuse (a cap on requests per minute per address), and it may appear in the hosting providers' short-lived technical logs. It is not stored in the game database and is not linked to the game profile. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and continuity of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.4 Google Play Games link

The game works entirely without it. When you use the online features (find a match, tables, profile) the game signs in automatically with the Google Play Games account present on the phone, if there is one, so you can find your profile (matches, name, progress) again on another phone or after reinstalling. No game feature is reserved for players who are signed in, and the game works as usual on a phone without Play Games or with sign-in refused.

When you play offline (against the computer, two players on one phone, the tutorial) none of this happens: no server is contacted, no identity is created and no sign-in is attempted (section 2).

You can sign out from VIEW PROFILE (the player circle at the top of the menu) → SIGN OUT (at the bottom of the profile page). From then on the phone goes back to being an anonymous guest and no longer signs in by itself, until you tap SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE. Your profile is not deleted: it stays linked to your Google account, so you can always find it again. To delete everything, use DELETE ACCOUNT (section 7).

If, and only if, the link is made, the profile also holds:

  • your Play Games player identifier: a number Google assigns for this game. It is not your Gmail address and cannot be used to trace your Google account;
  • your Play Games name ("gamertag"), if the account has one: it becomes the name shown to opponents instead of "Guest 17";
  • the date of the link.

Technically, the phone obtains a one-time code from Google, which the server exchanges once to ask Google "who is this player". That code and the tokens received are used and discarded: they are not stored. The game requests only the games_lite scope and never receives or asks for your email address, contacts, friend list, Drive or anything else. The link works in one direction only: nothing you do in the game is sent to Google.

Purpose: finding your profile again across devices. Legal basis: performance of the service requested by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): the link happens when you use the online features, which you ask for, and you can stop it at any time with SIGN OUT.

3.5 Rating, coins, leaderboard and leagues

  • your rating (Elo) and the number of ranked series played;
  • your coin balance and the list of its movements (amount, reason, time, which series), together with the daily rewards and refills already received;
  • for each online series: the mode (ranked or not), the stake, the house cut and how both players' ratings and league points changed;
  • the league you play in and, for each week in which you played ranked series: your group (up to 30 players of the same league), your points, the series won, drawn and lost, your final position, any coin prize, promotion or relegation, and your podium badges.

Coins are virtual: they are earned by playing, cannot be bought or sold and have no money value.

What other players see: your game name ("Guest 17", or the Play Games name from section 3.4) during the match and in their history of series played against you; and, once you have played at least one ranked series, your name, rating and position on the leaderboard, which every online player can see. The players in your weekly group see your name, your points for the week, the series won, drawn and lost and your position.

Purpose: the rating, leaderboard, weekly leagues, staked tables and history the game shows. Legal basis: performance of the service requested by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. What is never collected

  • no real name, address, phone number or email: the only name is your game name ("Guest 17", or the Play Games name from section 3.4);
  • no email address, no access to contacts, photos, files or microphone. From a Google account the game receives only the Play Games identifier and name, and only when you use the online features (section 3.4);
  • no location;
  • no advertising identifier, no profiling cookies, no tracking SDKs;
  • no analytics and no automatic crash reporting: Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, Unity Cloud Diagnostics and in-app purchasing are disabled in the project;
  • no purchases and no payment data: the game is free and contains none. The coins in section 3.5 cannot be bought or turned into money.

5. What stays on the phone

The app's private storage (Android preferences, not readable by other apps) holds only:

  • the key described in 3.1, if the online features have been used: one per phone, including after linking a Google account;
  • the chosen language and whether music is on.

Uninstalling the app removes these from the phone. Uninstalling alone does not delete the online profile: see section 7 for that.

6. Where the data is and who processes it

The game server and its database are located in the European Union, in Frankfurt, Germany. The only processors involved are:

  • Render Services, Inc. — game server hosting (Frankfurt region);
  • Neon, Inc. — managed PostgreSQL database (Frankfurt region);
  • Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — app distribution through Google Play. Google handles its own data under its own policies; the developer only receives aggregate, anonymous download and install statistics.

Data is not disclosed to anyone else, except where required by law.

7. Deleting your data and your account

From inside the game, at any time, without asking anyone:

The player circle at the top of the menu (VIEW PROFILE) → DELETE ACCOUNT, at the bottom of the profile page (tap twice to confirm).

This immediately and permanently deletes the profile, any link to a Google account, the rating, the coins and the wallet history, the leaderboard position, leagues, groups and badges, and the connection to the games played. The games themselves stay in the server journal in anonymous form, with no reference left to the person, because they belong to the opponent as well. The next online game starts as a brand-new guest, with no connection to the previous one.

Alternatively, deletion can be requested by writing to tretrente@gmail.com; requests are handled within 30 days. Quoting the guest name shown in the game (for example "Guest 17") helps identify the right profile.

8. How long it is kept

  • Player identity (with the Google link if any, rating, coins and wallet history, leagues and badges): until the user deletes it.
  • Matches: they remain in the server journal afterwards, but without the link to whoever played them (see section 7). Matches left unfinished and not resumed within the allowed window are closed by the server.
  • Technical logs held by the hosting providers: kept by them for short periods, under their own policies.

9. Security

Traffic between the phone and the server is encrypted (HTTPS/WSS). The guest key is never stored in the clear on the server, only as a SHA-256 hash. Online features require a signed, expiring token issued by the server.

10. Your rights

Users may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Art. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to tretrente@gmail.com. Given the anonymous nature of the guest identity, a request can only be answered if it comes from the phone holding the key, or if it quotes the guest name shown in the game. A complaint may always be lodged with a supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

11. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data about them. As there is no registration, no chat and no user-generated content, no personal information that could identify a minor is processed. Parents or guardians may write to the address above to request deletion.

12. About this page

This page uses no cookies, does not profile visitors and loads no resources from other sites. Any future change to this policy is published here, with the update date at the top; substantial changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
